Well I came to the conclusion that it was time to start losing weight was something I had to do. I was starting to hit the 160 mark. For me this not good being that I am under 5 ft. I started watching what I am eating and how many calories that I eat. I got a treadmill and am walking any where from 30 to 45 minutes, I hope that over time I. Will get to where I can walk about 5 miles at 3 mph or more.
